| Summary: | Craig L. Swift of Fort Pierce, FL, pleaded guilty in U.S. District Court in Fort Pierce to making false statements on an application for an airman medical certificate. He indicated on the form that he did not have a felony criminal history, when he had many Federal and state convictions, including a state narcotics conviction that resulted in his pilot’s certification being revoked in March 2003. He is awaiting sentencing. |
