This is to notify all departments and agencies that the Government Printing Office has established September 5, 2006 as the ABSOLUTE deadline for the receipt of order to ride the printing of this book. The book will published as a 192 page case bound book with a laminated dust cover and printed with full color illustrations throughout.  Please use the following estimated rider rate when preparing your requisition:������������
