Title: Development, Design and Consumer Testing of Marketable Residential LED Light Luminaires
Lawrence Technological University students will design and construct two aesthetically pleasing and energy efficient LED lights. Current public perceptions of LEDs are that their lighting and color schemes are not attractive and that they are more expensive than convetional lighting (since they have high up-front costs). This project aimed to educate the public that LEDs can be aesthetically attractive and more economically beneficial over the long run.
