Register and Create an Account

Register to create a user account to login and apply for LPTV Grants. PLEASE CREATE ONLY 1 ACCOUNT PER LICENSEE.

Please double check all information before you Register.

START by entering an FCC Facility ID Number and click Pre-Fill. If the form does not fill in the Applicant/Licensee name and address, the FCC Facility Number you entered is not in the FCC database. Enter the correct number.

If you mistakenly enter the FCC Facility ID Number for another organization, the form will Pre-Fill the other organization's information. To register for your organization, just re-enter your organization's correct FCC Facility ID Number and click Pre-Fill.

NTIA will pre-fill some of the following information from the FCC's files for the station you entered.

Correct, if necessary, the pre-filled information and explain the reason for the change.

Enter the name of the applicant (licensee). This should be the same name that appears on the FCC licenses for your stations(s).
