  Media Insertion Plan and FAS Launch Campaign
 
  The FAS Launch will serve as a transition from the old GSA positioning to the new positioning. An integral aspect of this initiative involves introducing a new icon designed to support GSA’s brand image and dedication to customer service. The “At Your Service” icon will be the featured image in print ads appearing in targeted publications for approximately 6 weeks (After the launch period, the icon will continue to have a support role as a reduced size graphic that creates visual continuity in the ongoing campaign.)
 
  GSA stakeholders have anticipated a new GSA campaign for over a year. The FAS Launch Campaign will be a major thrust over a short period to gain both national and local coverage. GSA's current plan includes the use of traditional government print media that are national in scope and focused on reaching senior executives. In addition, local papers will be leveraged to reach the federal workforce during their daily commute.
