The U.S. Census Bureau is providing this Request for Solution (RFS) for the Computer Assisted Personal Interviewing (CAPI) Project.
- This RFS was released on December 19, 2007, and is limited to the contractors under the SEWP program.
- All quotes must be delivered to the Contracting Officer at the Bureau of Census no later than 5 p.m., February 7, 2008. (This is an extension to the original due date of January 31, 2008.)
- Any questions relating to the RFS must be submitted in accordance with the instructions set forth in the RFS.

Amendment #05 (posted January 11, 2008)
Amendment #05 changes the due date for delivery of the vendors' proposals from no later than 5 p.m., February 11, 2008 to no later than 5 p.m., February 7, 2008. The affected dates are located in the Final Request for Solution (RFS) - Revision 1 --- on the page after the cover page; the Final Request for Solution (RFS) - Revision 1 in Subsection L.2.2.1; in the Revision 1 Change Listing; and on any other pages that February 11, 2008 is listed as the due date for submission of the proposals.
These changes have been made in the REVISION 1 document (below).
