Craig Anderson (DC – Missouri) serves as the chief chiropractor and clinical director of two corporate-owned physician clinics in St. Louis, Missouri. He provides and directs patient care including Department of Transportation (DOT) physical examinations. He oversees the corporate physician referral network for specialty care and the DOT and non-DOT drug testing program for corporate clients. Dr. Anderson has 10 years of chiropractic experience, two of which were spent in the academic setting of Logan College of Chiropractic, where he provided clinical training to future doctors of chiropractic. Dr. Anderson has experience writing examination questions and administering practical clinical competency exams to interns. He is a member of the Missouri State Chiropractic Association and was recognized for academic excellence by Logan College of Chiropractic in 1997. Dr. Anderson conducts 1,500 CMV driver physical examinations annually.

James Daniels (MD – Illinois) is currently Professor of Clinical Family & Community Medicine, responsible for teaching family medicine residents at Southern Illinois University School of Medicine an occupational medicine curriculum which includes a focus on CMV driver physical examinations. Dr. Daniels has served on the John Wood Community College Transportation and Public Safety Board for the truck driving program for approximately 10 years. He was selected by the State of Missouri to train physicians to conduct CMV driver physical examinations and has been certified as a Medical Review Officer since the program’s inception. He also served on the Curriculum Committee of the University of Illinois and the Illinois Department of Public Health from 1995 to 1997. Dr. Daniels currently maintains multiple appointments at a hospital, student health center, physical therapy and sports medicine clinic, and family practice residency center. He is a Fellow in the American College of Preventive Medicine, the American College of Occupational and Environmental Medicine (ACOEM), and the American Academy of Family Physicians. Dr. Daniels is board certified in family medicine, sports medicine, and preventive medicine with a subspecialty in occupational medicine. He conducts approximately 400 CMV driver physical examinations annually.

James Davidson (PA – Washington) currently works as a physician assistant at AdvanceMed Hanford, an organization providing comprehensive occupational health services to the Department Of Energy, where he conducts CMV driver physical examinations and oversees quality control for these examinations. He brings to his current work a varied background, including military service as a hospital corpsman, as well as work in family practice, sports medicine and as an emergency room technician. Mr. Davidson also has additional training in occupational and environmental medicine, occupational ergonomics, and medical planning and care in radiation accidents. Mr. Davidson has served in several offices of the Washington Academy of Physician Assistants, including Secretary, Vice President and President. He has a background in conducting professional presentations and has published articles on a variety of topics, including performing CMV driver physical examinations. Mr. Davidson conducts 75-100 CMV driver physical examinations annually.

Thomas Moran (PA – Illinois) has been a physician assistant for more than 20 years, practicing in multiple areas of medical care, patient education, and wellness. He has a masters degree as a physician assistant and another in public health and occupational medicine. He conducts DOT physical examinations as well as pre-employment, fitness-for-duty and return-to-work physicals. He has an associate's degree in laboratory medicine. He currently works at OSF St. James Hospital in the Occupational Medicine Clinic. Mr. Moran has worked in a variety of settings, including medical center and industry sites such as Bayer USA and the Aluminum Company of America. He began his career spending 12 years in the United States Air Force. During that time, he was appointed as the Air Force representative to the American Cancer Society Board. He brings a background in family practice and emergency medicine. Mr. Moran conducts more than 1,000 CMV driver physical examinations annually.

Michael Sheets (APN – Oregon) began independent primary care clinics in 1997 serving Merrill and Bonanza, Oregon, rural areas with fewer than six residents per square mile. Prior to this venture, Mr. Sheets worked in medical center, community health, and family practice environments in Oregon and Montana. He has assumed roles as an independent duty family nurse practitioner and clinical director, and has preceptor, presentation, and teaching experience. Mr. Sheets also has disaster medical care experience. He founded the Kentucky Coalition of Nurse Practitioners and Nurse Midwives and instituted the annual Nurse Practitioners of the Year Award for the State of Montana. Mr. Sheets was a commissioned officer in the United States Public Health Service and retired with the rank of commander. He conducts 350 CMV driver physical examinations annually.

Mark Weisberg (DO – Nevada) is a board certified osteopathic physician who serves as Center Medical Director at Concentra Medical Center in Henderson, Nevada. Prior to his work at Concentra, Dr. Weisberg spent 12 years working in urgent care and 13 years in private practice. He has been certified as a Medical Review Officer by the American Association of Medical Review Officers. He is on the attending staff at two Las Vegas area hospitals and is an active member of the American Osteopathic Association, the American College of Osteopathic Family Practitioners, and the Nevada Osteopathic Association. Dr. Weisberg conducts 1,200 CMV driver physical examinations annually.

Gary Wight (DC – Idaho) received his doctorate of chiropractic in November 2005 and currently serves as Clinical Services Director of his solo practice in Idaho Falls, Idaho. He is a certified Professional Drug and Alcohol Collector and Collector Trainer as well as a certified Breath Alcohol Technician Trainer. Dr. Wight is a member of both the Drug and Alcohol Testing Industry Association and the Idaho Association of Chiropractic Physicians. He has a background in addiction and neurological disorders and is currently involved in developing strategies with local trucking firms to increase overall driver health and wellness. Dr. Wight conducts 600 CMV driver physical examinations annually.

John Williams, Sr. (MD – Wisconsin) is the Medical Director for Aspirus Occupational Health based in Wausau, Wisconsin, which serves primarily rural communities in the central and northern regions of the state. There are many large trucking companies in this area, so transportation medicine is a large part of his practice. He is board certified in ophthalmology and occupational medicine, and he has a masters degree in public health in occupational medicine. He is a diplomate of both the American Board of Preventive Medicine (Occupational Health) and the American Board of Ophthalmology. He is an active participant in ACOEM and is a member of their Sensory Perception Committee. Dr. Williams has been a contributing editor for the ACOEM Commercial Driver Medical Examiner Review and has contributed several articles to the newsletter. He is the medical consultant for a Fortune Global 500 paper company, former Medical Director of Wisconsin Railroad and a member of the Wisconsin State Medical Society Occupational and Environmental Medicine Section and Workers’ Compensation Committee. He conducts more than 150 CMV driver physical examinations annually.

Lucinda Zoeller (APN – Illinois) works as a certified nurse practitioner at Sterling Rock Falls Clinic, Ltd., a group practice in Sterling, Illinois, and Rochelle Community Hospital in the Occupational Health Clinic performing DOT CMV driver physical examinations and pre-employment exams. Prior to this position, Ms. Zoeller provided nursing support in a medical center setting, worked in a surgical intensive care unit providing care to patients following cardiovascular, neurological and general surgeries and served as team leader on medical, surgical, and neurology rehabilitation units. Ms. Zoeller is a member of the Illinois Society of Advanced Practice Nurses. She conducts 1,500 CMV driver physical examinations annually.
