The Electronic Subcontracting Reporting System (eSRS) is now THE OFFICIAL site for government contractors to submit all of their subcontracting reports for all civilian federal government contracts. As of November 1st, all subcontracting reports for GSA contracts should be submitted via this website. Paper reports will no longer be accepted. The website can be found at http://esrs.gov.
