MEMORANDUM FOR CORRESPONDENTS
November 25, 1998
Secretary of Defense William S. Cohen will depart on Nov. 29, 1998, for travel to Cartagena, Colombia, to participate in the third Defense Ministerial of the Americas. While there, he will meet with his counterparts from nations throughout the Western Hemisphere to participate in discussions regarding common defense and security issues. Cohen will return to Washington on Dec. 2.
