FAIR Act

On October 12, 1998, President Clinton signed into law the "Federal Activities Inventory Reform Act of 1998" (FAIR Act). The FAIR Act requires Federal agencies to prepare inventories of their commercial activities performed by Federal employees. OMB-reviewed inventories are then made available to the public. This page contains links to OIG's FAIR Act inventories and links to other FAIR Act sites.
