FLOWERING: Mid-June to September.
SEED TIMING: Late September to Mid-October.

DIAGNOSTIC FEATURES: Herbaceous perennial. 1 to 2 feet tall, hairy. Leaves alternate and lanceolate or linear with slightly clasping bases. Flowers bright orange or yellow, in peduncles.
