SUBJECT: Rider Requisitions for Department of Transportation Pipeline and Hazardous Materials Safety Administration (DOT – PHMSA) Emergency Response Guidebook 2008 publications (English version, Spanish version and French version)���������������

This Circular Letter is to announce the opportunity to submit rider orders for the below listed Department of Transportation Pipeline and Hazardous Materials Safety Administration (DOT – PHMSA) Emergency Response Guidebook 2008 publications.

If you would like copies of these publications, you must order them directly from GPO as a rider to GPO Jacket 338-152 (same for all versions). Be sure to indicate the quantity and version of each you wish to order. The estimated rider rates are as follows:

Your requisitions should be forwarded to Agency Strategic Team 4, Customer Service Section, Stop CSAPS, U.S. Government Printing Office, Washington, DC 20401 no later than March 20, 2008. Agency field or regional offices should coordinate their requirements with their Washington, D.C. area headquarters' printing officers before submitting any paperwork. Important Note: DOT-PHMSA will not be furnishing rider requisition numbers for ordering these publications; please order by GPO jacket number and version listed above. A separate requisition should be submitted for each different publication ordered. Note that rider rates apply to single destination, local delivery. Mailing charges, if incurred, will be added to your account. Products are scheduled to ship to agency distribution points beginning April 25, 2008.

The publications listed above are the revised editions of the 2004 Emergency Response Guidebook which is updated every 4 years.
