Circular Letter No. 625

September 22, 2006

TO: Printing and Publishing Officials of the Federal Government

SUBJECT: GPOExpress Today

Since the launch of the GPOExpress program (www.gpo.gov/gpoexpress/) on February 15, 2006, many improvements have been made.  These changes were the result of your input and experience using the program.  These include:

  • Elimination of the Memo of Agreement
  • Password protection for on-line ordering
  • Online job estimator
  • eView (access to your invoices and account activities in detail)
  • Broadcast printing
  • Creation of GPO Form 3001
  • DocStore Catalog
  • And we will now bill government credit cards

We are hosting a one hour GPOExpress seminar from 10:00 am to 11:00 am on October 12, 2006 in the Carl Hayden room as part of the Interagency Council on Printing and Publication Services meeting. During the seminar we will cover all the changes and demo some of the great new features of the improved program. In addition, if you would like to share your agency policy regarding GPOExpress, please send it to ccini@gpo.gov and copies will be made for all attendees.

If you are interested in attending, please send the name(s) and email(s) of the individual(s) to ccini@gpo.gov.

Sincerely,

JIM BRADLEY
Managing Director, Customer Services
