Additional Agency LOA and Accounting Information

BAC = Billing Address Code

LOA = Line of Accounting - A coding structure used by Customer Agencies that provides reference information to their original obligating document.  It is used to verify that billings are properly charged. LOA is a variable length, alpha-numeric field.
