Searches
All of the Board’s decisions may be searched via the search
facility below. Searches may be made in the decision category (or categories)
listed in the drop down window. For example, if you search Rate Cases, all of the results returned will be rate cases. How to search (including
search tips) is explained on the search pages. The resulting decisions returned from a search may be re-sorted in a number of ways by clicking on the options listed
in the center of the blue-gray bar. Each search option functions like a toggle, switching between ascending and
descending sort orders. For each decision returned from a search, a brief summary is provided which contains the search word(s). Clicking on the case
format(s) will display the decision in HTML or PDF format.
