SUBJECT: OMB Circular No. A-11, Preparation, Submission, and Execution of the Budget

The enclosed “Memorandum for Recipients of OMB Circular No. A-11” has been issued by the Office of Management and Budget (OMB), which includes the per-copy rider rates for the paper copy and CD ROM of Circular No. A-11, Preparation, Submission, and Execution of the Budget.

Please note that this rider rate applies to single destination, local delivery. Mailing charges, if incurred, will be added to your account. Because of tight production schedules, your requisition must be received at Agency Publishing Services, Requisition Section, Stop CSA, U.S. Government Printing Office, Washington, DC 20401, by June 30, 2006. Please be sure to include the appropriate GPO Jacket Number and OMB Requisition Number on your requisitions. Field or regional activities should coordinate their requirements with their Washington, DC, area headquarters’ printing officers before submitting any paperwork.

MEMORANDUM FOR RECIPIENTS OF OMB CIRCULAR NO. A-11

SUBJECT: Distribution of OMB Circular No. A-11

We anticipate that this year's revision of OMB Circular No. A-11, Preparation, Submission, and Execution of the Budget, will be available on the Internet in early July, in paper two weeks later, and on CD ROM three weeks later.

If you want paper copies or CD ROM, you must order directly from the Government Printing Office (GPO). OMB will not provide agencies with copies. Revised paper copies and CD ROM will not be released for any subsequent updates (such as the November update). This revision and any subsequent updates will be available at: www.omb.gov/circulars.

To order copies, your agency printing liaison should submit a printing and binding requisition (SF-1) to GPO by Friday, June 30, 2006 noting the appropriate GPO jacket and requisition numbers as follows:

Agency field or regional offices should coordinate their requirements with their Washington, D.C. area headquarters' printing officers before submitting any paperwork. GPO will return all requisitions sent from field or regional offices.
