ORDER

On April 28, 2008, this Board received the notice of appeal in the above-captioned case. On July 1, 2008, Chugach Regional Resources Commission filed AAppellant=s Unopposed Motion for Dismissal,_ informing the Board that appellant and the Government had entered into a _full and complete settlement of all claims, defenses and counterclaims that were asserted, or that could have been asserted, in this appeal.@ Accordingly, this appeal is DISMISSED WITH PREJUDICE.
