ORDER

On September 16, 2008, appellant timely appealed the final decision of a Maritime Administration, Department of Transportation, contracting officer denying appellant=s claim in the amount of $20,147.50, for reimbursement of rental payments for the months of December 2007 through September 2008, for leased office space in Norfolk, Virginia. On October 22, 2008, the parties notified the Board that they settled the dispute and jointly requested dismissal with prejudice.

Accordingly, this appeal is DISMISSED WITH PREJUDICE.
