The above GAOCAB data must be used in lieu of any reference to the GPO Board of Contract Appeals, the Board, any contact data for the GPO Board of Contract Appeals, etc.
Hard copy documents may be delivered to the GAOCAB by the U.S. Postal Service or by a private express carrier. However, for access inside the GAO building, Room 7182, a private express carrier must be a major, nationally known messenger service; e.g., FedEx, UPS, DHL, Airborne.
