To request a copy of your transcript, please contact the NHI Registrar at
NHIRegistrar@fhwa.dot.gov or
(703) 235-0500.
So that we can process your request as efficiently as
possible, please provide your first and last name, the dates and location of
your training, along with the NHI Course number.

Note: Transcripts for courses taken prior to January 1, 2004, are not available. NHI received its IACET accreditation on that date, and thus began saving records on that date.
