| FMCSA Moratorium on Microsoft Windows Vista | Microsoft has begun releasing its new Windows Vista operating system to a limited audience, and it will become a public release at the end of January. Our early testing has shown that most FMCSA distributed software releases are not compatible with Windows Vista.
