The TRI Program is managed by U.S. EPA's TRI Program Division, within the Office of Information Analysis and Access in Washington, DC. Questions about a specific facility and the data it submits to the TRI Program should be addressed to the EPA TRI Regional Coordinator who covers the state in which the facility is located.

TRI Information Center
The TRI Information Center is a toll free number that facilities may call to obtain guidance on TRI reporting requirements and help on completing the TRI reporting forms. EPA’s TRI Regional Contacts
For a list of EPA’s TRI Regional Coordinators, go to the EPA Regional TRI Coordinators web page. TRI Regional Coordinators provide regulated facilities with training and assistance in meeting TRI reporting requirements, and they help communities obtain and understand the TRI data.
State TRI Program Officials
The Emergency Planning and Community Right-to-Know Act (EPCRA) requires reporting facilities to submit copies of TRI reports to the state in which a facility is located, in addition to the U.S. EPA. Many states have a designated TRI Program Official. See TRI's State Program's website for who can provide guidance and support on state TRI reporting procedures.
