National Denominator

Adults who visited a doctor's office or clinic to get healthcare in past 12 months and answered the question "In the last 12 months how often did doctors or other health providers listen carefully to you?" Nonresponses, and "Don't know" responses are excluded.

National Numerator

Subset of the denominator population in three categories according to their answer to the above question: "Always", "Usually", "Sometimes" or "Never".
