Jim Sweeney is Vice President of Fargo-based Weather Modification, Inc. and the Fargo Jet Center. Weather Modification is a pioneer in cloud seeding for rain enhancement and hail suppression. Over 95% of the company's business is international, and the company has done business in countries as diverse as Burkina Faso, Argentina, Thailand, Yemen, and Canada. Weather Modification was named the 2002 North Dakota Exporter of the Year by Governor John Hoevan.    

Thomas D. Shorma is C.E.O. / President of WCCO Belting, Inc., a large Wahpeton-based manufacturer of agricultural and industrial belting. During Tom's short tenure with WCCO, the company has nearly tripled its revenues with more than 50% of its revenues coming from foreign sources. WCCO Belting was named the 2003 North Dakota Exporter of the Year by Governor John Hoeven.

Tom Kenville has founded several successful Fargo-based companies, including Roll-a-Ramp, Mid-America Aviation, and Skeet-R-Gone. Tom's companies have embraced international business, with 450% growth in international sales for Roll-a-Ramp in 2007 and rapid expansion into over 30 new countries in the last two years. The company was awarded Exporter of the Year in 2007 by the US Commercial Service's Commercial News USA division.
