1991-1992 CBP

Both EXTRACT and auxiliary files were inadvertently left off the 1991-1992
County Business Patterns CD-ROM.  To install the missing files on your
hard disk,
 1. download CBPAUX92.EXE
 2. make C:\EXTRACT the default, and create a CBPAUXIL subdirectory
    MD CBPAUXIL, if you do not already have one
 3. make C:\EXTRACT\CBPAUXIL the default
 4. run CBPAUX92 as a program to uncompress its contents.
 5. If you wish, create a EXCBP92.bat in your \EXTRACT directory with the
    following contents (assuming your CD drive is D:):

    SET CLIPPER=E000;V006
    EXTRACT c d: c:\extract\cbpauxil C:\EXTRACT\WORK mstr91_2.ctg
    pause
    exmenu

    and add the following line to your EXMENU.BAT
