Telephone Briefing on New Hospital Patient Safety Culture Survey

Media Advisory: November 8, 2004

What: HHS' Agency for Healthcare Research and Quality, in partnership with Premier, Inc., the Department of Defense, and the American Hospital Association, will host a telephone briefing to release AHRQ's new Hospital Survey on Patient Safety Culture. This toll-free conference call will include a number of principals responsible for the development of the survey and feature the experience of users who have successfully adopted and implemented this tool.

When: Wednesday, November 10, 2004, 3:00 p.m. to 4:00 p.m., EST
