The Special American Business Internship Training (SABIT) Program will train a delegation of 18 mid- to senior-level Eurasian hotel managers and owners. The program will introduce them to American industry trends in hospitality management and assist them in establishing contacts with potential partners and suppliers.

This delegation will look to American expertise in the hospitality industry for management concepts and new ideas that can be implemented in their own regions and companies. Topics of interest include marketing, financial management, operations, guest services, new business and technologies, human resources and others.
