Small Disadvantaged Business (SDB)
Small businesses that are socially disadvantaged AND economically disadvantaged. Women-owned business, by themselves, are not specifically socially and economically disadvantaged, in the Small Business Act. To claim SDB status, you must be certified by the Small Business Administration or have submitted an application for certification and decision is pending. Detailed Information

8(a) Business Development Program
