Initial Summary:	Firefighter Barrett was working a hose line at a residential structure fire when he collapsed from a cause still under investigation. All attempts to revive Barrett while at the scene, enroute to and at the hospital were unsuccessful. The cause of the fire in the unoccupied rancher style residence is under investigation, but believed to have been related to a power outage in the area.
