Robin Graf, Assistant Regional Administrator Northwest/Arctic Region![]() Robin "Rob" Graf is the Assistant Regional Administrator for GSA's Northwest/Arctic Region's Public Buildings Service (PBS). He oversees GSA’s programs and services delivered in Alaska, Idaho, Oregon and Washington, as well as select offerings to clients in other states. Since the beginning of his career at GSA in October of 1973, Rob Graf has worked in many exciting and challenging areas. From his start “on-the-boards” as an architectural technician, through positions in systems, budget and program analysis, and into senior PBS leadership positions as Deputy Associate Administrator for Congressional Affairs, Assistant Commissioner for Planning (Portfolio Management), Chief Financial Officer, and Assistant Regional Administrator, his career has been one of tremendous opportunity and sustained personal growth. Currently, as a member of the PBS national leadership team, Mr. Graf is responsible for the development and execution of the strategic plan for this $7 billion enterprise. He is also a member of the influential and groundbreaking PBS Human Capital Steering Committee. In his ongoing role as the PBS Assistant Regional Administrator for the Northwest/Arctic Region, Graf is responsible for the region's performance against established program goals. He is accountable for the achievement of program goals which include, but are not limited to, customer satisfaction, business processes (including acquisition), financial management, and associate growth and development programs. Rob Graf has been the recipient of numerous professional awards, including the GSA Distinguished Service Award (1995), which is GSA’s highest individual recognition.
