WITS 3 Points of ContactLocal Telecommunications The successful WITS2001 service program will continue to provide a wide array of services to federal agency customers in the nation's capital and surrounding counties in the states of Maryland and Virginia. Telecommunications services will expand when local telecommunications services transition to the new contract under WITS3.
