The target dates are the same as those contained in the FFO.

Investigators from institutions with NOAA Cooperative Institutes (CI) who wish to have to have their awards funded through the CI Cooperative Agreement are asked to submit a Cover Letter signed by the Principal Investigator requesting such and identifying under which CI theme the proposal is being submitted. Investigators are also asked to clearly describe in their proposal the nature of the collaboration with NOAA and identify their NOAA collaborators.
