Fiscal Year 2007 Homeland Security Grant Program Guidance and Application Kit is now available

The Fiscal Year (FY) 2007 Homeland Security Grant Program (HSGP) Guidance and Application Kit is now available, which includes the FY 2007 Citizen Corps Program grant guidance.

Similar to previous years, the Citizen Corps Program funding goes through the State, which applies for, administers and determines how the funds will be spent under the HSGP. The FY 2007 Citizen Corps Program grant guidance states that Citizen Corps Council membership should include representatives from the Program Partners and Affiliates.
