I do think all of our Untied States federal; State and local government SHOULD be allowed to "share" information, especially at law enforcement and security levels.

It is a huge hole in our national security and a huge hole in our national safety that we currently do not share "information" between agencies. It's actually very ludicrous.

How many criminals are hiding everyday in plain sight? Penalty I’ll wager. They could be taken off the streets.

That's a nice, little, meaningless tag-line.

What I hear from language in this post is that federalism is obsolete.

Why not just drop the tag lines and be bold about where you stand?

Thank you, Mr. Allen for your bold leadership, innovations, and decades of selfless service. You set the standard for executive service excellence, demonstrate daily how to operate effectively within bureaucracy, and challenge it when necessary, while never letting it stand in the way of progress and results.
