U.S. Merchant Marine Academy

Under Secretary Mancuso met with Vice Admiral Joseph D. Stewart, Superintendent of the Merchant Marine Academy, and received briefings on the Merchant Marine Academy Logistics and Security program as well as their Global Maritime and Transportation school. Under Secetary Mancuso then delivered an address to the midshipmen, faculty and staff, focusing on the the importance of national security considerations in global trade and the role of dual-use policy.
