A lot of homes are in foreclosure right now and times are tough. But what if you are interested in buying and making-over a foreclosed home? You may be able to buy a home in pre-foreclosure or through auctions, bank-owned homes or buying from Government agencies. September is National Preparedness Month. Hurricanes are hitting the gulf coasts of Texas and the 7th anniversary of the September 11th attacks were remembered as the Pentagon unveiled their memorial to the victims of that horrible day.
