Trade Remedy Compliance Staff

The Trade Remedy Compliance Staff (TRCS), based in Washington, D.C., and working in tandem with Import Administration officers stationed overseas, supports the enforcement of U.S. antidumping and countervailing duty law, monitors foreign trade trends and trade remedy policies, and helps U.S. trading partners comply with their international obligations related to unfair trade and trade remedies. For additional information on the Trade Remedy Compliance Staff, see our mission statement.

The TRCS website contains an extensive collection of tools, including:
Import data and limited export data for the top U.S. imported products, in graphic and tabular formats, with easy downloads to MS-Excel.
A substantial directory of online resources, including direct links to those websites.
Copies of foreign trade remedy legislation and regulations.
A compilation of foreign trade remedy actions against U.S. exporters in tabular form.

The monitoring section currently focuses on China (PRC) and Korea (ROK). However, we plan to include other countries when appropriate and feasible.

For questions or suggestions about TRCS content please call 202-482-3415 or email trcs@ita.doc.gov.
