Under Secretary Mancuso Visits Hong Kong Special Adminstrative Region to Discuss Global Trade Security

On October 27-29, Under Secretary Mancuso traveled to Hong Kong Special Adminstrative Region (SAR), a leading cargo container terminal and major transhipment port, as part of his ongoing international outreach efforts to critical export markets. The Under Secretary opened the 13th annual U.S.-Hong Kong bilateral consultations, and met with his counterparts to discuss high tech trade issues. He also met with local business leaders to discuss the importance of effective export controls in facilitating strategic trade.
