Please note that as of August 15, 2003 the U.S. Census Bureau, along with partnership 
 		       agencies, U.S. Customs and Border Protection, Bureau of Industry and Security, and the 
 		       Office of Foreign Assets Control will no longer accept Option 4 letters of intent (LOI) 
 		       due to upcoming changes in the regulations. Any Option 4 LOI postmarked or facsimile 
 		       time stamped after August 15th will not be reviewed for the Option 4 filing privilege. 
Option 4 LOIs received prior to the deadline will still be reviewed by the partnership 
 		       agencies. Companies interested in Option 4 after the August 15th deadline, will be able 
 		       to submit an Option 4 LOI once the new regulations for Mandatory AES are released in 
 		       mid-2004.
