How to File a Petition for Confidential Treatment
In accordance with Commission Regulation 145.9, 17 CFR 145.9, persons submitting information in any form to the Commission can request that the information not be disclosed pursuant to a request under the Freedom of Information Act (FOIA), 5 U.S.C. § 552, by submitting a request for confidential treatment (RCT) to:
