How to Find the Latest Business Data

The Economic Census profiles the U.S. economy every 5 years. Data for 2002 are available. Data for 2007 will be collected in 2008 and published in 2009 and 2010.

The Census Bureau also publishes a variety of data on an annual, quarterly, or monthly basis. Except as noted below, these "current" programs are limited to national data.
