Employer Identification Number (EIN) Issues




3.  How did you get my Employee Identification Number (EIN)?

We obtain a list of EINs regularly from other government agencies that have this information, such as the Social Security Administration.
We are authorized to do this by Section 6104 of the Internal Revenue code.
