CA PRA SEKI 205(1) KINGS RIVER BRIDGE

The Federal Highway Administration (FHWA) - Central Federal Lands Highway Division (CFLHD), in conjunction with Sequoia and Kings Canyon National Park (SEKI), and the National Park Service's Denver Service Center (DSC), is proposing to replace the Kings River Bridge and resurface 1.3 miles of North Side Road, from the junction with Highway 180 to the Cedar Grove Visitor Center.

This project involves the following:

• Kings River Bridge: reconstruct the existing bridge and the approaches on both sides of the bridge.

• North Side Road: resurface the existing 15-23-foot wide roadway.

Kings River Bridge is located in Sequoia and Kings Canyon National Park in Fresno County, California. The route is also designated as SEKI Route 205. Kings River Bridge is located in Cedar Grove in Kings Canyon approximately 30 miles east of the junction of Generals Highway and State Highway 180

Construction Amount Between $5,000,000 and $10,000,000
