AESDirect Program Network Testing - November 1-2, 2008

 This message is intended for AESDirect program users only.  If you are 
         not an AESDirect program filer, you will not be affected.

 Due to network testing being peformed on the AESDirect program, 
         the AESDirect system response may be delayed beginning 8:00 AM ET Saturday, 
         November 1, 2008 through 6:00 PM ET Sunday, November 2, 2008. 

 If you experience a delay, be mindful that it is due to the excessive 
         network traffic that may be experienced throughout the penetration testing
         and not because there is a system issue.  When filing, please plan 
         accordingly and allow extra time for shipment responses.
