 Filing Time Frames Exemption for Puerto Rico

On September 4, 2008 the U.S. Census Bureau published FTR Letter No. 1 
regarding the filing time frames exemption for Puerto Rico. 

This letter clarifies the Foreign Trade Regulations' (FTR) requirement 
for advanced filing of Electronic Export Information (EEI) through the 
Automated Export System (AES), for shipments between the United States 
and Puerto Rico.
