         AESDirect Program Is Back Up

The connection between the AESDirect Program and the AES mainframe 
         has been restored and is operating normally again.

All AESDirect program transactions for shipments submitted today that 
         did not receive an Internal Transaction Number (ITN) have been stored 
         in a queue and are being responded to in the order received.  There is
         no need to file these shipments a second time.

All AESDirect program transactions for shipments that moved under the 
         AES Downtime Policy must be filed along with any new AES transactions.
