 New Export Information Code - 
 Shipments Destined to International Waters ( IW )
**********************************************************************
 Effective June 4, 2008 the following Export Information Code will be 
         added in the Automated Export System (AES). 
   
         Export Information Code: IW
   
         Description: Shipments Destined to International Waters
       
 Export Information Code IW will have the following validations 
         associated with its reporting:
 Acceptable License Types: 
           
         C30 - Licenses issued by the Bureau of Industry and Security
         authorizing an export, re-export, or other regulated 
         activity 
 C32 - No License Required (NLR) - Items covered by entries 
         on the Commerce Control List that have a reason for 
         control other than or in addition to Anti-Terrorism (AT). 
 C33 - No License Required (NLR) - All other NLR items not 
         covered by C32.
 Acceptable Method of Transportation:
 Vessel
 Acceptable Ports of Unlading:
 99900 - High Seas
         99910 - High Seas - North Atlantic
         99920 - High Seas - South Atlantic
         99930 - High Seas - Gulf of Mexico
         99940 - High Seas - North Pacific
         99950 - High Seas - South Pacific
       
 All AESPcLink users must update their AES Code Tables to reflect the
         update to the Export Information Codes.  Users of AESDirect who file 
         via the website at www.aesdirect.gov will have their code tables 
         updated via the program automatically.
