 Changes to the AES Fatal Error Report and AES Compliance Report

Over the last few years the Automated Export System (AES) Branch has
         sent the bi-weekly AES Fatal Error Report and the monthly 
         AES Compliance Report to all AES filers. These reports allow companies 
         to keep track of their AES reporting and compliance levels. Beginning 
         in June 2007, the introductions to the AES Fatal Error Report and AES 
         Compliance Report have been revised. 

Please continue to review reports from the Automated Export System 
         Branch to ensure compliance with the Foreign Trade Statistics 
         Regulations.  The next report is scheduled to be sent out later this 
         week.
