Effective April 24, 2006, the following changes will be made to the 
               Bureau of Industry and Security License Exemption Codes accepted in 
               AES:
             
Name Change: BIS License Exemption Code C39 to C53 
C39 Computers CTP (Composite Theoretical Performance) has been 
               renamed in AES as C53 APP (Adjusted Peak Performance). 
***AES will not accept any new shipments using License Code C39. 
               Corrections, replacements, and deletion of previously accepted 
               shipments will be allowed.
             
New License Exemption Codes:
             
C54 Western Red Cedar (SS-WRC)
C55 Oil (SS-SAMPLE)
C56 Oil (SS-SPR)
