  2. Select subscriptions for ordering 2008 data or select historical data for earlier periods.
  3. For data product subscriptions:
    1. Click checkbox next to name of data product.
      • Click report name for product descriptions and record layout.
    2. Select frequency (e.g. monthly, annual, quarterly).
    3. Go to bottom of page, click on submit button.
  4. For historical data products:
    • Follow above steps, and click checkbox to select years.
